Treat Hemorrhoids at Home For Fast Relief

Over-the-counter pain relievers are also effective for reducing the amount of pain that you experience. Whether you choose ibuprofen, aspirin or another form of pain reliever, make sure that you follow the package directions carefully.

It is important that you go to the bathroom when needed. If you hold back bowel movements, it can be a contributing factor to hemorrhoids and some digestive troubles. Also, try raising your feet a bit while you are sitting on the toilet. Consider keeping a little stool in the bathroom. This will alter the angle of your digestive tract and improve the results of your efforts.
